Crispy and flavorful zucchini made in the air fryer with minimal oil.

For the Crust:

  • 2 medium zucchinis, sliced into 1/4-inch rounds
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss the zucchini slices with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika until evenly coated.
  3. Place the zucchini slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket, working in batches if necessary.
  4. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  5. If using, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese immediately after cooking.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
