For the Crust:
- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced into 1/4-inch rounds
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, toss the zucchini slices with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika until evenly coated.
- Place the zucchini slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket, working in batches if necessary.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- If using, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese immediately after cooking.
