For the Crust:
- 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into 4-6 oval-shaped patties and place in a greased baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together cream of mushroom soup and milk, then pour over the patties.
- Bake uncovered for 25 minutes, then sprinkle with shredded cheese and bake for an additional 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
