- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 ripe avocado, mashed
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 large lettuce leaves (such as romaine or butter lettuce)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mashed avocado, Greek yogurt, celery, red onion, lime juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Taste and adjust seasonings if needed.
- Spoon the chicken salad mixture onto the lettuce leaves, dividing evenly. Serve immediately.
