A creamy, spicy pasta dish with crispy shrimp and a delicious bang bang sauce.

For the Crust:
- 8 oz linguine pasta
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and honey to make the bang bang sauce.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add shrimp, garlic, salt, and pepper. Cook until shrimp turns pink, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add panko breadcrumbs to the shrimp and cook for another 1-2 minutes until crispy.
- Toss the cooked pasta with the bang bang sauce, then add the shrimp mixture. Stir to combine.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and a squeeze of lime juice before serving.
