Bang Bang Shrimp Pasta

A creamy, spicy pasta dish with crispy shrimp and a delicious bang bang sauce.

For the Crust:

  • 8 oz linguine pasta
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and honey to make the bang bang sauce.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add shrimp, garlic, salt, and pepper. Cook until shrimp turns pink, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add panko breadcrumbs to the shrimp and cook for another 1-2 minutes until crispy.
  5. Toss the cooked pasta with the bang bang sauce, then add the shrimp mixture. Stir to combine.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions and a squeeze of lime juice before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
