A quick and flavorful beef stir-fry with bell peppers served over rice.

For the Crust:
- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 bell peppers (any color), sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Heat oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and onions, sauté until fragrant.
- Add beef slices and cook until browned.
- Stir in bell peppers and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.
- Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and black pepper. Stir well to combine.
- Cook for another 2 minutes until everything is well coated and heated through.
- Serve hot over cooked rice.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
