Cajun Garlic Butter Steak Bites

For the Crust:

  • 1.5 lbs sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a bowl, toss the steak bites with Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak bites in a single layer and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until browned.
  3. Reduce heat to medium and add butter and minced garlic. Stir well, ensuring the steak bites are coated in the garlic butter sauce. Cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  4. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
