For the Crust:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken slices and cook until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. In a small saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in garlic powder and oregano.
  3. Brush the garlic butter mixture onto each tortilla. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly over the tortillas.
  4. Divide the cooked chicken among the tortillas, placing it in the center. Fold the sides of the tortillas inward, then roll tightly to form wraps.
  5. Heat a clean skillet over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
