For the Crust:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken slices and cook until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- In a small saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in garlic powder and oregano.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture onto each tortilla. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly over the tortillas.
- Divide the cooked chicken among the tortillas, placing it in the center. Fold the sides of the tortillas inward, then roll tightly to form wraps.
- Heat a clean skillet over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
