For the Crust:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup sour cream (optional for serving)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken slices, season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook until no longer pink, about 6-8 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the cooked chicken back to the skillet, stir to coat with garlic butter. Sprinkle with oregano and mix well.
- Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for 20 seconds. Divide the chicken mixture evenly among the tortillas.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan cheese over the chicken. Fold the sides of the tortillas in and roll tightly to form wraps.
- Heat a clean skillet over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and cheese is melted. Serve with sour cream if desired.
