Crispy tortilla sticks filled with melted cheese and taco seasoning, perfect for dipping.

For the Crust:
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbsp taco seasoning
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 cup salsa (for dipping)
- 1/2 cup sour cream (for dipping)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and taco seasoning.
- Brush one side of each tortilla with melted butter. Flip and evenly spread the cheese mixture on the unbuttered side.
- Roll each tortilla tightly and place seam-side down on the baking sheet. Brush the tops with remaining butter.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy. Let cool for 5 minutes, then slice into sticks.
- Serve warm with salsa and sour cream for dipping.
