For the Crust:

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced thin
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add chicken, salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano. Cook until chicken is no longer pink, about 5-6 minutes.
  3. Add bell peppers, onion, and garlic. Cook until vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top, cover, and let melt for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Serve hot with crusty bread or over rice.
