For the Crust:
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced thin
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken, salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano. Cook until chicken is no longer pink, about 5-6 minutes.
- Add bell peppers, onion, and garlic. Cook until vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top, cover, and let melt for 1-2 minutes.
- Serve hot with crusty bread or over rice.
