For the Crust:
- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken and cook until no longer pink, about 5-6 minutes.
- Add garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes, stirring for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir in zucchini and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Pour in soy sauce and honey, tossing to coat evenly.
- Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
