A sweet and easy dessert pizza made with crescent roll dough, cinnamon, and sugar.

For the Crust:

  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar (optional, for glaze)
  • 12 tablespoons milk (optional, for glaze)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Unroll the crescent roll dough and press it onto a greased baking sheet, sealing any perforations to form a single crust.
  2. Bake the dough for 8-10 minutes or until lightly golden. Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the granulated sugar and cinnamon. Brush the melted butter evenly over the baked crust, then sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture on top.
  4. Return to the oven and bake for another 5-7 minutes, or until the sugar is bubbly and the edges are golden brown.
  5. If desired, whisk together powdered sugar and milk to make a glaze. Drizzle over the warm pizza before serving.
