For the Crust:

  • 8 oz pasta (penne or fusilli)
  • 2 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a large pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  2. Add pasta, broth, heavy cream, salt, pepper, and paprika. Stir well and bring to a simmer.
  3. Cover and cook for 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender and liquid is mostly absorbed.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in white cheddar and mozzarella cheeses until fully melted and creamy.
  5. Let sit for 2 minutes to thicken, then serve warm.
