For the Crust:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup hot honey
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a shallow bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Dip each chicken breast into the beaten eggs, then coat evenly with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Transfer chicken to the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until fully cooked.
- Drizzle hot honey over the cooked chicken and sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese before serving.
