For the Crust:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup hot honey
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a shallow bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Dip each chicken breast into the beaten eggs, then coat evenly with the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
  5. Transfer chicken to the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until fully cooked.
  6. Drizzle hot honey over the cooked chicken and sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese before serving.
