For the Crust:
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 cup pineapple chunks, drained
- 1 cup mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup green grapes, halved
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a large bowl, combine the mini marshmallows, pineapple chunks, mandarin oranges, strawberries, and grapes.
- In a separate bowl, mix the whipped topping, sour cream, and lemon juice until smooth.
- Gently fold the whipped topping mixture into the fruit mixture until well combined. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
