For the Crust:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can (15 oz) baked beans
- 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cheddar cheese soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in baked beans, cheddar cheese soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Transfer the beef mixture to a 9×13-inch baking dish and spread evenly.
- Arrange tater tots in a single layer over the beef mixture.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of the tater tots.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden and crispy.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
