For the Crust:
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove shrimp and set aside.
- Pour heavy cream into the skillet and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Cook until sauce thickens slightly, about 3-4 minutes.
- Return shrimp to the skillet and toss to coat in the creamy garlic sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately over pasta, rice, or with crusty bread.
