For the Crust:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
  • 1 (15 oz) can diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add diced onion and minced garlic. Cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Stir in tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, beef broth, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Bring to a boil, then add the uncooked macaroni. Reduce heat to a simmer.
  5. Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender.
  6. Adjust seasoning if needed and serve hot.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
