For the Crust:
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cauliflower florets
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish with olive oil.
- In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, cauliflower florets, heavy cream, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to the greased baking dish and sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
