Tender chicken bites cooked in garlic butter sauce served over creamy parmesan pasta for a rich and satisfying meal.

For the Crust:
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 8 oz fettuccine or pasta of choice
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt 2 tbsp butter over medium heat. Add chicken pieces and cook until golden and no longer pink inside, about 6-8 minutes. Remove chicken and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt remaining 2 tbsp butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream, stirring constantly. Bring to a gentle simmer.
- Add parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir until cheese is melted and sauce is smooth.
- Return cooked chicken to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. Add cooked pasta and mix well.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
