Garlic Butter Steak Bites and Potatoes

Juicy steak bites and crispy potatoes cooked in a rich garlic butter sauce.

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.
  2. While potatoes roast, season steak bites with salt, pepper, and thyme.
  3. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add steak bites to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until browned and cooked to desired doneness.
  5. Remove potatoes from oven and toss with the steak bites and garlic butter sauce. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
