Juicy steak bites and crispy potatoes cooked in a rich garlic butter sauce.

For the Crust:
- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.
- While potatoes roast, season steak bites with salt, pepper, and thyme.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add steak bites to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until browned and cooked to desired doneness.
- Remove potatoes from oven and toss with the steak bites and garlic butter sauce. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
