A creamy and cheesy pasta bake with tender chicken and a rich garlic parmesan sauce.

For the Crust:
- 12 oz penne pasta
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken, salt, and pepper. Cook until no longer pink, about 6-8 minutes. Add garlic and cook for 1 more minute.
- In a large bowl, mix cooked pasta, chicken, heavy cream, parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and half the mozzarella. Transfer to a baking dish and top with remaining mozzarella.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden. Garnish with parsley before serving.
