For the Crust:

  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into cubes
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Wooden or metal skewers

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, parmesan cheese, oregano, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Add chicken cubes to the marinade, ensuring each piece is well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Preheat grill or oven to 375°F (190°C). Thread marinated chicken onto skewers.
  4. Grill or bake for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is fully cooked and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  5. Serve hot with a sprinkle of extra parmesan if desired.
