For the Crust:
- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Wooden or metal skewers
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, parmesan cheese, oregano, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Add chicken cubes to the marinade, ensuring each piece is well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat grill or oven to 375°F (190°C). Thread marinated chicken onto skewers.
- Grill or bake for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is fully cooked and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Serve hot with a sprinkle of extra parmesan if desired.
