For the Crust:

  • 2 lbs seedless grapes (red and green)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Wash the grapes thoroughly and pat them dry. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sour cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the grapes to the cream cheese mixture and gently fold until the grapes are evenly coated.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.
  5. Before serving, sprinkle the chopped pecans and brown sugar over the top.
  6. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
