For the Crust:
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced ham
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the puff pastry sheet into a rectangle. Spread Dijon mustard evenly over the pastry.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese and diced ham evenly over the pastry. Roll tightly into a log.
- Slice the log into 1-inch thick pinwheels and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Brush with egg wash.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and puffed. Serve warm.
