For the Crust:
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 4 cups shredded cabbage
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it into small pieces.
- Stir in garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add shredded cabbage and cook for 3-4 minutes until slightly softened.
- Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Stir well to combine.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is well-coated and heated through.
- Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
