  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 4 cups shredded cabbage
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, grated
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it into small pieces.
  3. Stir in garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add shredded cabbage and cook for 3-4 minutes until slightly softened.
  5. Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Stir well to combine.
  6. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is well-coated and heated through.
  7. Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.

Notes
