For the Crust:
- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, paprika, and black pepper.
- Add chicken cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Thread marinated chicken onto soaked skewers.
- Preheat grill or oven to 375°F (190°C). Grill or bake skewers for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through.
- Serve hot with extra marinade drizzled on top if desired.
