For the Crust:
- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, black pepper, and salt.
- Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the honey glaze generously over each fillet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily with a fork. Baste with remaining glaze halfway through cooking.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired and serve immediately.
