For the Crust:

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, black pepper, and salt.
  3. Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the honey glaze generously over each fillet.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily with a fork. Baste with remaining glaze halfway through cooking.
  5. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired and serve immediately.

Notes
