For the Crust:

  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish with olive oil.
  2. In a shallow bowl, mix parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Beat the egg in a separate bowl.
  4. Dip each pork chop in the beaten egg, then coat with the parmesan mixture.
  5. Place the coated pork chops in the prepared baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  7. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
