For the Crust:
- 4 boneless pork chops
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish with olive oil.
- In a shallow bowl, mix parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the egg.
- Dip each pork chop in the beaten egg, then coat evenly with the parmesan mixture.
- Place the coated pork chops in the prepared baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
