For the Crust:

  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Stir in the chopped spinach until evenly distributed.
  4. Unroll the crescent dough and separate into triangles. Spoon a tablespoon of the spinach-cheese mixture onto the wide end of each triangle.
  5. Roll up the crescents, starting from the wide end and tucking in the sides to seal the filling.
  6. Place the stuffed crescents on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.
