For the Crust:
- 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Stir in the chopped spinach until evenly distributed.
- Unroll the crescent dough and separate into triangles. Spoon a tablespoon of the spinach-cheese mixture onto the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll up the crescents, starting from the wide end and tucking in the sides to seal the filling.
- Place the stuffed crescents on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
