For the Crust:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 8 oz pasta (such as penne or rotini)
- 3 cups beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- Add diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes until softened.
- Pour in beef broth and pasta. Stir well, then bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to a simmer, cover, and cook for 12-15 minutes until pasta is tender.
- Stir in heavy cream, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
