For the Crust:
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 cup fresh spinach, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 burger buns
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, spinach, white cheddar, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Form the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for 5-6 minutes per side, or until fully cooked.
- Toast the burger buns lightly if desired.
- Assemble the burgers by placing each patty on a bun. Serve warm.
