For the Crust:
- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add sliced zucchini and sauté for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.
- Sprinkle with garlic powder, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes until zucchini is golden and tender.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
